We will ensure that the property is at premium presentation for sale, lease or the new owners.  Our attention to detail will ensure that you know of any possible issues prior to handover. 

Builders cleans are a job where the eye for detail is paramount. You will be able to get your crew to clean the property however how many times have they looked at the same wall, door, window and not seen the paint splatter that shouldn't be there?  How many times have they stepped over something and not picked it up, even though the bin is not 5 steps away? Have they damaged something and not told anyone? Do they need to be on another job and it would be more cost effective to be paying them for building rather than cleaning?

When we enter the property we look out for the obvious and not so obvious flaws as we are seeing them with eyes that have seen it for over 20 years and our eyes are fresh to the job. 

We customise our service to your needs; have scaffolding up that comes down in a week and want the upper windows done? Want one unit/house/area cleaned for presentation prior to completion of the rest? We will work with you.  

Your satisfaction is important to us which is why we only have highly trained personnel. We are available to talk to at anytime, we are only a phone call away if we are not on your site.  

Our staff also have their white cards, so they are comfortable working on a construction site.  We can also clean your site offices and amenities blocks.
